1. Appointments & Service Refunds
A. Cancellations by the Client
To receive a refund or avoid fees:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of original booking fee

“No-show” appointments are non-refundable.
B. Cancellations by Eagle Wellness
If we must cancel your appointment for any reason, you may choose:

A full refund, or
-
To reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once delivered:

Completed sessions or treatments
-
Digital consultations
-
Customized wellness plans
-
Classes, workshops, or events already attended or partially attended
If you feel a service was not delivered as expected, please contact us—we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

3. Memberships & Packages (If Applicable)
A. Subscriptions or Memberships
Refunds for memberships are issued only if:

Canceled within the initial 14-day grace period

Required by applicable law
Unused sessions may be eligible for account credit only, not cash refunds.

5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be:

Issued to the original payment method

Processed within 31 business days

Subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times
We reserve the right to request proof of purchase.
